Contracts Manager

Vickerstock are working in partnership with a specialist fit-out contractor on the appointment of a Contracts Manager.

Your new role as Contracts Manager

1. Work on projects across Residential, Commercial and Hospitality sectors
2. Review Contract details, tender information and programmes.
3. Create programmes of works and schedules
4. Host kick-off and pre-construction mobilisation meetings with sub-contracts
5. Regularly visit sites and carry out inspections
6. Monitor quality and costs on live projects

What you'll need to be successful as Contracts Manager

1. Strong knowledge of JCT & D&B contracts
2. Previous background in Fit-Out and Construction
3. Confident negotiating
4. Previous experience with tender processes
