They're now expanding their team and seeking a motivated individual who has experience supervising contracts or has worked within a commercially focused position.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting on-site surveys, understanding the projects and their requirements, determining key variables for cost and other estimates, and using software to forecast and budget. You will manage the full project lifecycle and gather firsthand information from sites.

This is the ideal position for an individual who holds similar experience within a commercial focused role, has a strong customer service attitude, and is looking to join a reputable, long-standing company.

4. Lives within a commutable distance from Maidstone.
