Conveyancing Supervisor

A fantastic opportunity to join our team at Amity Law as we have a permanent opportunity for a Conveyancing Supervisor to support our increasing portfolio of Consultant Conveyancers. We have a flexible hybrid working model and are happy to consider remote working for the ideal candidate; the role will be a full-time position.

Main responsibilities:

1. To supervise, audit, and collaborate with a team of self-employed Consultants.
2. Demonstrates high performance, accuracy, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of requirements.
3. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently, working to deadlines, producing high-quality work and support to the business.

Key Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

• Legally qualified in conveyancing or qualified by experience.
• Demonstrates an understanding of key legal terminology in key areas and is able to effectively monitor, supervise, and audit legal performance.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Utilises a clear escalation route to the line manager to sense check any concerns.
• IT literate, with experience of using legal systems required to enhance business performance and meet client expectations.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Clear and professional approach to handling workloads.
• Highly motivated and energetic.
• High levels of personal organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Demonstrates confidence and communicates well at all levels.
• Clear thinker with excellent attention to detail.

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 DOE

25 days annual leave
