About the role

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between multiple business areas, including Regulatory Compliance and Player Sustainability, and our technical teams. Your dual expertise in thorough business analysis and project delivery management will enable you to drive critical changes that align with our strategic objectives. We are seeking a Business Analyst and Delivery Manager to join our Corporate Delivery team. You will have direct relationships with people from different business areas all over the world. Our Corporate Business Delivery team is responsible for defining and delivering critical changes required by the business areas Regulatory Compliance, Player Sustainability and Finance.

As the bridge between business areas and technical teams, you will define and lead delivery efforts, ensuring projects align with our goals. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and commercial value, and meeting regulatory guidelines.

What will you be doing?
  • The successful candidate for this role will be expected to support cross-organisational projects.
  • Applying strong high-level analysis skills, including impact assessments, feasibility studies, and dependency analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Analyse customer journeys and business processes.
  • Lead the process of translating legal documents into internal requirements for development and process changes.
  • Collaborate with technical development and architecture teams to translate business needs into effective solutions.
  • Manage change of requirements and/or solutions in response to changing circumstances to ensure business agility.
  • Present complex ideas clearly and confidently to a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Communicate efficiently and proactively with stakeholders at all levels, building and maintaining productive relationships to ensure alignment and effective communication. This includes being able to challenge with credibility and influence.
  • Organize and lead workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive project momentum.
  • Produce and manage plans on all levels to ensure that scope is met on time.
  • Manage, coordinate, and oversee project management activities, ensuring seamless execution across all project phases.
  • Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, delivering clear, concise updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Oversee project resources, balancing scope and timelines to achieve strategic goals and successful delivery.
  • Ensure that you and your team adhere to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations within your direct responsibility and control.
  • Ensure any non-compliance incidents within your team are raised through the appropriate channels (Compliance Incidents Process) and that your team are informed of any reporting processes relevant to them.
  • Challenge processes, policies, and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the Group.
  • Ensure your team's completion of all mandatory compliance trainings within the set deadline.
  • Reach out to the Compliance Teams if unsure of any of your compliance obligations or the requirements are unclear.

  • Demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Owner, or business consultant within a digital business environment. Proven track record of delivering complex projects in a global environment. Experience in project and/or program management.
  • Proven experience working in highly regulated industries is a plus, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply critical thinking to complex scenarios while maintaining outstanding attention to detail and ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Capable of influencing stakeholders to achieve objectives.
  • Agility & Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with a strong focus on achieving high-value results.
  • Educational Background: A university degree in Finance, Engineering, Business or a related field is required.
