CMC are working with a specialised M&A practice with a growth-oriented, value creation advisory service. The team, consisting of experienced media industry experts, is in the process of growing, and they are currently seeking a Corporate Finance Associate to join the company. Over the last year the company have recruited over 15 specialists in their team and are opening an office in the US. It's a great time to join this entrepreneurial company to continue to support their growth.

Requirements

ACA/ACCA Qualified
Experience/Knowledge of the sell-side Transaction Process
Strong modelling skills
Ability to manage numerous projects
