Job Description

Within the Governance Directorate, you report directly to the head of Corporate Governance.

Your daily tasks are:

  • Managing the Natixis general meeting.
  • Organise and monitor the governance bodies of Natixis;
  • Monitor the mandates of Natixis' directors and members of the General Management Committee, and ensure compliance with the rules on overlapping mandates set out in the various regulations;
  • Ensure the establishment of Fit & Proper files for the directors and actual managers of Natixis;
  • Ensure active monitoring of governance issues in the context of draft legislative and regulatory texts, Governance stakeholders;
  • Participate in the development of the Universal Registration Document.

This position is based in Charenton with the ability to work remotely.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

You have a higher education and a law degree, and have at least 5 years of experience in business law.

You are proficient in:

  • Governance issues;
  • Corporate law.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, you are:

  • Autonomous, rigorous and organized;
  • Pragmatic and communicative;
  • Result-oriented;
  • Respectful of confidentiality.

You have a command of English at level B2.
