On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager for a 12-month contract based in the bank's London office on a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the UK Charity of the Year (CotY) partnership, including overseeing budget, fundraising, and strategic activities.
  • Lead the development of a new CotY model for 2026 onwards, including stakeholder engagement and the partnership application process.
  • Oversee CSR project management, including flagship programmes like Playing Shakespeare and Born to Be Proud, ensuring delivery and impact.
  • Write and manage communication materials for CSR activities, including newsletters, social media, and senior management emails.
  • Lead the data collection process for Global Corporate Volunteering, ensuring accurate reporting and file management.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in CSR, social impact, charity, or relevant sectors, including line management.
  • Passionate leadership with a strong interest in societal issues, change, and solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently articulate CSR strategies and initiatives.
  • Relationship-building skills to establish and maintain effective partnerships with charities and internal stakeholders.
  • Resilience and creativity, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities while producing high-quality content.
