About Our Client

Our client is a well known national firm with over 600 employees in their Manchester office.

Our client works in various sectors including tech, healthcare, financial services and sports. The Corporate department incorporates three areas of legal practice: traditional corporate; commercial contracts and sport transactions. The team also work closely with specialists in other departments and work in tangent with corporate finance teams, accountants, banks and financial advisers to provide the most comprehensive advice to clients.

Job Description

As a Corporate Solicitor you will be working across the whole team on a variety of transactional deals and on various structures of transactions (including but not limited to trade deals, private equity investment, and employee ownership trusts). You will also be involved in day-to-day business assistance including group re-organisations, shareholders' agreements and bespoke articles of association; helping a business with external investment; and ultimately supporting the founders on their exit, whether by way of trade sale, management buyout or EOT (as examples).

The Successful Applicant

You will be a Corporate Solicitor with between 1-3 PQE. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and should not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
