This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading Northern Ireland law firm based in Belfast as a Senior Associate, with a clear pathway to Partnership.

The firm provides expert legal services to individuals and businesses across a broad range of matters. Our Corporate team specialises in joint ventures, shareholder agreements, management buyouts, and acquisitions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing corporate transactions, delivering strategic advice, and driving the department's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage high-value corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and management buyouts, ensuring alignment with clients' commercial objectives.
2. Provide expert legal counsel to a diverse client base, including private companies, partnerships, and private clients, across a wide range of corporate matters.
3. Collaborate with other specialists within the firm to deliver comprehensive solutions on complex transactions.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
5. Support and mentor junior solicitors, sharing expertise and promoting professional development within the team.
6. Ensure all activities comply with legal standards and internal policies, effectively managing potential risks.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Qualified as a Solicitor in Northern Ireland.
2. Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in corporate law.
3. Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused approach.
4. In-depth understanding of corporate law and market practices in Northern Ireland.
