Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide expert tax advice on a wide range of matters, including corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, international tax planning, and compliance.
• Oversee the preparation and review of complex corporate tax returns and computations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and developing new business opportunities.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the team, providing training, guidance, and support to foster their professional growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tax legislation, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide proactive advice to clients.
• Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide integrated and innovative tax solutions.

The ideal candidate will be CTA/ACA qualified with strong Corporate Tax advisory experience and business development skills.
