Corporate Tax Senior - Poole

You will be working for a leading firm of Accountants and Business Advisers operating across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics, with a wide network of employees and an abundance of inspiring opportunities to join one of their many offices. They are a top ten accountancy firm in the UK and are the number one largest SME practice.

As a Corporate Tax Senior, you will have the ability and motivation needed to begin to take ownership of your own portfolio with support from your manager, support in delivering revenue and profitability targets and begin to develop enduring client relationships.

Daily duties will include:

1. Managing a variety of compliance matters.
2. Acting as the principal point of contact with clients.
3. Working closely with clients to understand business developments.
4. Ensuring clients are up-to-date with their compliance obligations and legislative changes.
5. Helping clients assess the impact of changes and keeping abreast of new opportunities.
6. Reviewing tax returns and computations, ensuring efficient and risk-managed delivery.
7. Complying with all internal risk management procedures.

You will be working with a great team of like-minded colleagues all focused on supporting each other to perform at their best.

It is likely you will be potentially ATT qualified and now actively studying towards your CTA. You will be provided full study support including paid study leave, mentorship, and coaching. Clients come from all industries, so exposure to multiple sectors would be a distinct advantage. Previous Corporate Tax or Mixed Tax experience in a similar role within a practice environment is essential, along with strong technical knowledge and the ability to carry out research into complex areas of tax legislation.
