An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Associate to join a leading team in Milton Keynes, focused on providing expert tax solutions to large corporates, including exciting FTSE 100 clients. This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-profile tax projects across a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver comprehensive corporate tax services to large corporate clients, including FTSE 100 companies.
2. Provide technical tax advice on complex projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.
3. Identify and implement tax planning opportunities, developing tailored strategies for large multinational clients.
4. Collaborate with internal teams across various disciplines to ensure seamless service delivery.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, staying up to date on the latest tax regulations and industry trends.

Requirements:

1. Significant experience in corporate tax, ideally working with large corporates or FTSE 100 clients.
2. Strong technical expertise and attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
4. A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects.
