COSS/Controller of Site Safety & Safety Critical Staff

We are looking for experienced COSS (Controller of Site Safety) and safety-critical staff to join our team in Wiltshire. This role involves ensuring the safety of engineering teams, implementing safe systems of work, and maintaining compliance with railway safety regulations.

• Lead and coordinate site safety for railway works.
• Implement and oversee safe systems of work.
• Communicate effectively with workgroups and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct site safety briefings and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with project teams and supervisors to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Valid COSS competency (Sentinel card required).
Experience in railway safety-critical roles.
Strong knowledge of railway safety procedures and regulations.
Ability to work midweek and weekend shifts as required.
Own transport is essential due to site locations.
