Job Description

Supports the Vice President of Operations for the coordination of Sub Saharan Africa, to lead & unlock all aspects of Accor PME hotel operations and to achieve the hotels portfolio's objectives in terms of financial, operational and ESG performance. Collaborate & coordinate with multiple supporting functions to provide the support & guidance to the managed and franchise hotels.

The primary responsibility is to ensure the Host Hotel(s) are a benchmark for Accor in terms of all areas of performance (Budget / YoY / Top Quartile). Network support & monitor hotels' performance across multiple business disciplines. Identify common opportunities & risks and develop action plans, in coordination with supporting functions, to drive hotel performance to meet Accor required objectives & standards.

Support VPO and SSA divisional leaders to drive country's operations and business priorities & ad-hoc projects. Conduct hotels' business reviews. Plan & execute hotels annual operations visits. Facilitate effective & healthy relationships of selected hotels' owners and GMs. Lead and manage the performance of selected GMs.

Participate in the Monthly SSA Operations meetings and communications.

Ensure compliance with the Accor Ethics, Anti Bribery and Corruption Charters. Perform other ad hoc & assigned duties.

Support new hotels opening critical path by identifying risks, mitigation plans and coordinating with hotels GMs to ensure successful completion of the required tasks on-time.
