My client is a UK Top 50 law firm. Ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers, they are providing a great opportunity for a Senior Court of Protection Solicitor to join an award-winning team and firm.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to join this firm during an exciting growth period, helping the COP team advise and assist individuals, their families, carers, trustees, beneficiaries and other professionals on a broad range of issues, dealing with complex claims and supporting litigation lawyers throughout the process to ensure the best outcomes. Much of this expert team's work covers high-value claims including brain injury and significant compensation cases. Successful appeals in these claims and bespoke solutions are what this department has developed an excellent reputation for.

Overall, this firm is keen to speak with senior COP lawyers with a passion for this rewarding work who are perhaps seeking the next step in their career or increased remuneration and quality of work in a specialist area of law.
