Reporting to the Creative & Content Solutions Senior Account Lead, the Creative & Content Solutions Account Manager is part of a newly formed customer-facing team. The Account Manager acts as the main point of contact for our customers for creative partnership briefs, working closely with the Content Solutions team to facilitate IP related requests, and for more involved talent requests. The Account Manager will manage all incoming and proactive out-to-market initiatives in close collaboration with the Customer and Commercial team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Support:- Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
- Support the coordination and execution of projects under the guidance of the Senior Account Lead.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Commercial and Customer teams, Creative Solutions Production and Project Management teams, Business Affairs and Legal teams and Sales Operations teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Manage and facilitate contracting and billing processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Assist the Senior Account Lead in the preparation of client reports and presentations to demonstrate project status and communicate any changes or risks to proposed timelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date monthly client records and documentation to record spend, briefs won and lost.
- Identify and address issues promptly, seeking guidance from senior team members when needed.
- Contribute ideas to identify new areas of growth or new ways of working to streamline processes.
- Proven experience in account management, focusing on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Experience working in a partnership sales function.
