Amazon éShop is seeking a Creative Hub Leader to drive innovation and excellence in our UK visual content creation studios, as part of our global network of creative hubs. This role represents a unique opportunity to shape local excellence while collaborating with an international creative community.

The Opportunity
Lead our UK creative hub while working in close partnership with our global network of Creative Directors and studio leaders. You'll be part of an international team that brings diverse perspectives and cultural insights to revolutionize how customers experience products online.

What You'll Do

  1. Drive creative excellence and operational efficiency across UK studios while collaborating with global Creative Directors to ensure consistency and innovation.
  2. Partner with international peers to share best practices, cultural insights, and creative approaches.
  3. Lead and develop multi-disciplinary UK-based teams while leveraging global expertise and resources.
  4. Shape local creative strategy within our broader international vision.
  5. Ensure seamless integration between UK operations and global initiatives.
  6. Build strong relationships across our international network of creative hubs.
  7. Balance local market needs with global standards and practices.
  8. Champion cross-cultural creative solutions that can scale across markets.

A day in the life

You'll split your time between strategic leadership and hands-on operational guidance, working with creative teams, operations managers, and global stakeholders. Typical activities include:

  1. Leading creative reviews and strategy sessions.
  2. Analyzing performance metrics and developing improvement plans.
  3. Collaborating with international peers on best practices.
  4. Mentoring team members and driving talent development.
  5. Engaging with stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverables.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  2. 10+ years of professional experience in creative operations, content production, or related field.
  3. 5+ years of people management experience leading diverse and cross-functional teams.
  4. Experience managing multi-million pound budgets and resources.
  5. Track record of leading large-scale creative or production operations.
  6. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management across multiple business units.
  7. Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience in international or multi-cultural environments.
  2. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership.
  3. Track record of driving technological innovation.
  4. Experience in digital content creation and e-commerce.
