Creative Lead

ROLE: Creative Lead (12months FTC)

Amazing opportunity for a Creative Lead to join an experiential/ brand activation agency in London.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and present compelling creative concepts for proposals, pitches, and client presentations.
2. Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines.
3. Exhibit well-developed creative lead and team qualities and an ability to understand and collaborate across large, diverse project teams, client types, and stakeholders from other disciplines such as Creative, Marketing, Growth, Operations, and Production.
4. Manage creative projects from brief to delivery, including resource allocation, scheduling, and quality control.
5. Effectively present and communicate creative ideas to clients and stakeholders.
6. Produce engaging storyboards and media presentations.
7. Contribute to creative budget planning and scope definition.

Skills & Experience

1. Experience in a creative agency, corporate marketing, or design environment.
2. Equivalent experience demonstrated by a strong portfolio showing proven industry leadership.
3. Experience managing projects and project teams.
4. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to conceptualize creative briefs.
5. Experience in building out branding systems and working closely with environmental creatives.
6. Solid understanding of various design disciplines to support job to talent alignment.
7. Working knowledge of applicable software applications used by a design department such as Adobe, Figma, After Effects (Bonus).
