The Creative Studio Manager role balances art & science through creative planning and workflow management and co-ordination, ensuring that projects run smoothly, enabling the creative team to focus on producing their best work while working with brief owners to keep everything on track operationally. The Studio Manager will work in collaboration with the Creative lead and Category Marketing team, plus wider business stakeholders to support Vivobarefoot's regenerative mission, driving a unified and aligned creative brand direction informed by research and insight. Your key focus will be to develop, change where required and integrate all our workflows into one seamless process.

Why a 6 month FTC? We are exploring some internal movement and progression and whilst we trial this we are looking to take someone on a 6 month FTC, however, we are hopeful that this role will become a permanent opportunity after.

What you'll be doing:

Workflow and Scheduling
  • Management of daily creative workflow, resource allocation and processes within the Creative Studio ensuring that brief owners + creative teams are connected in line with production timeline to work collaboratively on responses to briefs.
  • Collaborating with category marketing managers, brand managers + wider business brief owners to align on project timelines + milestones.
  • Project Scheduling: Create + maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and there is a clear understanding of project timelines for the brief owners to project manage and creative team to work towards.
Resource Management
  • Assign tasks and projects to creative team members based on their skills, availability and workload capacity.
  • Coordinating with creative design team (designers, copywriter, freelancers) to ensure resources are available when needed.
  • Monitoring workloads and reallocating tasks as necessary to avoid bottlenecks.
  • Managing an external network of suppliers, agencies, freelance design, motion, copy + producer talent.
  • Troubleshooting problems that arise during the production process and creating contingency plans.
Asset Management
  • Oversee the organization and distribution of brand assets within a DAM or similar system.
  • Ensure assets are properly tagged, accessible, and up-to-date.
Creative Management & Strategy
  • Align workflow priorities with brand goals and key campaigns.
  • Ensure the production process is efficient, streamlined, and meets project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Budget Management
  • Managing Creative Studio freelance bookings, budgets + expenses, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently and within budget.
  • Negotiating with freelancers, and 3 rd party suppliers to secure competitive rates while maintaining quality.
  • Work with the allocated budget for each production, driving creativity with financial efficiency.
Process Improvement + Innovation
  • Evaluating and improving production workflows and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Staying up to date with emerging trends and technologies in creative production to enhance production capabilities.

What you need to apply:

  • 5+ years' experience in a creative studio traffic management.
  • Solid knowledge of the creative design process.
  • Experience of using relevant Project Management, Traffic, Scheduling systems.
  • Experience with and Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Experience of managing the workflow within a creative team that covers all aspects of content production and copywriting.
  • Experience of working effectively with creative teams and a proven background in the production and management of a wide range of teams and projects in varied sizes.
  • Exceptionally organised with a passion for driving and optimising resource with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent people & communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally.
  • Ability to build strong and effective relationships with internal teams and with strong commercial thinking to drive and increase efficiency.
  • Excellent reporting skills with the ability to evaluate workflows, capacity, deliverables and service levels.
  • A proactive, flexible & energetic team player who can work calmly under pressure whilst delivering a phenomenal attention to detail.
  • Can manage conflicting opinions and resolve with the brand's best interests in mind, whilst maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Be confident at presenting and running regular WIP meetings, kick off meetings with clear and engaging communication skills.
  • Passion for Natural Health is essential.
  • Interest in familiarising oneself with the concept of barefoot and a willingness to learn.
