Job Description

  • Managing the accounts receivable ledger.
  • Ensuring timely collection of payments from customers.
  • Resolving customer queries related to payments and invoices.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all chasing activity.
  • Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems.
  • Regular reporting of invoice discrepancies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • Experience in a similar credit controller role
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.
