Job Title: Interim Credit Controller
Location: London (On-site, 5 days a week)
Duration: Initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension
Employment Type: Interim/Temp (PAYE or Umbrella) - Via Agency

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join the Finance Team at a prominent London hotel. This interim position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth financial operations of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Issue and follow up on invoices, statements, and reminders to debtors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the accounting system.
• Liaise with internal departments and external clients to resolve billing issues.
• Prepare regular reports on debtors, collections, and outstanding balances for management review.
• Support month-end and year-end financial processes related to accounts receivable.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' credit control experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• At least 6 months' hospitality experience within the last 3 years.
• Right to work in the UK.

Desirable:

• Previous hotel finance experience of at least 6 months within the last 3 years.
• Experience working within a Finance Team in the hospitality sector.
