Credit Controller

Artis Recruitment are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our clients finance team and take responsibility for managing and recovering outstanding debts. You will play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and building strong relationships with clients.

Credit Controller Responsibilities:

• Chasing outstanding invoices via phone, email, and letter.
• Managing and reducing aged debt to meet collection targets.
• Allocating payments and reconciling accounts.
• Handling customer queries and disputes efficiently.
• Producing reports on debtor balances and cash flow.
• Liaising with internal teams to resolve payment issues.

Credit Controller Experience:

• Previous experience in credit control or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of credit risk and collections processes.
