Job Description

CRM Executive

Location: London

Salary: up to £45,000

This role involves creating, managing, and optimising CRM campaigns to enhance customer conversion, retention, and reactivation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies for conversion, retention, and reactivation.
  • Monitor and optimise segmented and targeted CRM campaigns.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure campaign success.
  • Utilise data to evaluate and improve customer segmentation and campaign performance.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Ensure CRM systems meet objectives and implement new tools as needed.
  • Analyse competition and generate insights for continuous improvement.

Key Experience Required:

  • Proven CRM experience in a similar role, ideally in sports betting and gaming environments.
  • Experience using CRM platforms like Optimove or similar.
  • Expertise in running multichannel campaigns.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with a good understanding of CRM strategies and practices.
  • Knowledge and interest in online gaming products.
  • Applied understanding of life cycle development and optimisation.
  • Data-focused and ROI-driven mindset.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships.
  • A marketing/business degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.
