Your Responsibilities:

As a CRM Project Manager, you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for CRM clients.
  • Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and budgets for CRM campaigns.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of email campaigns, from briefing to execution and reporting.
  • Lead briefing sessions, status meetings, and project updates with both clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure quality throughout the campaign process.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients and challenge assumptions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Monitor campaign success using KPIs and deliver detailed reports to stakeholders.

Your Profile:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM project management.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, HubSpot)
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email marketing purposes.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A dynamic, proactive attitude with a passion for CRM.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written).
