CRM (Veeva) Consultant

Location: North Holland
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension)
Working Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced CRM Consultant with a strong background in Veeva CRM and specific knowledge of the healthcare sector (business and IT). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our client in optimizing and managing their Veeva CRM system, as well as providing valuable insights and solutions within their healthcare IT landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the Veeva CRM platform, including configurations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

• Analyze business needs and translate them into IT solutions within the healthcare sector.

• Support users and provide training to maximize the use of Veeva CRM.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation within the healthcare environment.

• Stay updated on trends and developments in both Veeva CRM and the healthcare IT market.

What You Bring:

• Extensive experience with Veeva CRM (implementation, management, and optimization).

• In-depth knowledge and experience in the healthcare sector, both in business and IT.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.

• Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English.

• Experience with project management methodologies (eg, Agile, Scrum) is a plus.

• Independence and proactivity: you know how to set priorities and adapt quickly.
