Job Description

Are you a Project Manager with experience of Custom Broker Management Systems?

Then emagine is looking for you to lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a light custom broker management platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Global Trade, IT, and Compliance, to streamline operations with multiple custom brokers.

Key Skills:

  • Project Manager with over 7 years of experience including leading systems evaluation and selection processes.

  • Experience with Custom Broker Management Systems implementation is essential

  • Excellent organisational and project process skills

  • Confident and influential communicator comfortable in a multinational environment

Key Tasks:

  • Deliver an efficient, user-friendly platform that enhances visibility, control, and compliance in managing customs operations globally.

  • Support the Program Preparation and Execution, from Kick-off until Closure

  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan: timelines, budgets, milestones, and risk assessments.

  • Engage and align with stakeholders across Global Trade, Procurement, logistics, IT, compliance, and external custom brokers to define project scope and objectives.

  • Lead the RFP process to identify and assess potential vendors and solutions.

  • Develop a robust change management plan to support adoption across internal teams and external brokers.
