Joining Sainsbury's as a Customer Planning Manager means being an integral part of a dynamic and customer-centric organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and creativity. What you'll do
As the Customer Planning Manager for Sainsbury's Marketing Planning & Propositions division, you will play a pivotal role in developing and driving brand plans for the Argos and Habitat brands. Your responsibilities will include supporting the development of 3-year brand plans, obtaining stakeholder input and alignment, answering key strategic brand questions, and collaborating with various teams to develop a customer plan that aligns with business priorities and delights customers. You will work closely with insight to develop customer strategies, drive prioritisation through annual 'jobs to do', and use inflight insight to anticipate risks and opportunities for plan adjustments. Additionally, you will lead strategic PIRs, collaborate with trade planning and commercial teams, and maintain alignment with stakeholders through forum updates.

As a Customer Planning Manager for Sainsbury's Marketing Planning & Propositions division, you are a strategic and customer-focused professional with a passion for developing and driving brand plans to achieve business success for the Argos and Habitat brands. With your experience in marketing strategy and planning, you possess the ability to balance analytical thinking with creativity and innovation, ensuring that brand ambitions are aligned with customer needs and commercial objectives. Your strong influencing skills, relationship-building capabilities, and resilience enable you to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, drive strategic decisions, and lead the development of annual marketing customer plans that deliver impactful results.
