This Customer Rectification Consultant role that sits within the Product Governance Programme will respect customers' interests in compliance with Aviva's purpose and the principles of Treating Customers Fairly.
The right candidate will have previous experience within a customer services role and knowledge/experience of the financial services industry.
A bit about the job:
Aviva has made a commitment to the regulator to ensure contractual issues are resolved for our customers. The HCS Product Governance (PG) Programme ensures we fix Risk Events that are raised from a 'tap off' and rectification perspective.
We require a Customer Rectification Consultant to support PG projects in delivering rectification activity in an efficient, timely and most importantly accurate way, thereby creating value for our customers.
Tasks include:
- Excel manipulation of data files.
- Producing mail merges.
- Written communication with customers.
- Managing ad-hoc queries and liaising with Operational, Complaints and outsource teams.
- Case tracking and compilation of Management Information, working closely with the Project Manager, Actuarial lead and a variety of other colleagues across UK Life.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Excellent written communication ability.
- Well organised and able to plan/prioritise effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong Word and Excel skills.
- Keen eye for detail.
What you'll get for this role:
- Salary around £27,000 - depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
- Bonus opportunity - 6% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
