Customer Service Analyst

CK Group are recruiting for an Customer Service Analyst, to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry, at their site based in Welwyn Garden City, on a contract basis for 3 months.


Salary:

Hourly - £15.08 - £17.01 PAYE or £20.00 - £22.56 UMB.

Customer Service Analyst Role:

• Ensure users receive swift resolutions to their IT queries or problems.
• You have experience in using ITSM systems, working within SLA s.
• Identify recurring issues and challenges faced by our end users.
• The role involves manual labour, including unboxing and building computers.

Your Background:

• Previous experience in building and configuring computers.
• Eagerness to learn and desire to acquire new technical skills.
• Previous experience in face-to-face customer service, offering both reactive and proactive maintenance support, is desirable.
