Client Success Manager - Ad Tech - Brussels
Up to €55,000 + bonus
Hybrid (Brussels-based)

We're partnering with an innovative ad tech leader renowned for its cutting-edge, privacy-first solutions that are transforming digital advertising. They're looking for a Client Success Manager to join their dynamic team in Brussels and take the lead in managing key client relationships with some of the top brands and agencies in the market.

What you'll be doing:

• Own and nurture relationships with major clients and agency partners

• Lead the execution and optimization of impactful ad campaigns from start to finish

• Collaborate with Ad Operations to deliver results and ensure client KPIs are met or exceeded

• Provide strategic insights and identify upselling opportunities to drive client success

• Deliver detailed reports on campaign performance and share actionable insights to enhance future strategies

What you'll need to succeed:

• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, or ad tech

• A solid understanding of DSP/SSP platforms (DV360, TTD, etc.)

• Proficiency in Excel for performance analysis and reporting

• A client-first mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Commercially astute and results-driven, always seeking to add value

• Fluent in English (French or Dutch would be an added bonus)
