Job Title: Cyber Broker

What the day will look like
The role will include:
- Placing cyber insurance for UK domiciled mid market clients (£100m-£1bn in revenue).
- Working with insurers to improve their Cyber security posture.
- Working with Aon's globally recognised Stroz team.
- Working with a wide range of cyber solutions to help clients make a better decision.
- Undertaking training and development to improve ourselves and the clients journey.
- Meeting with insurers to develop products and relationships.
How this opportunity is different
You will be working with a great energetic and passionate team who have previously received a highly commended award from the Market London Forum. The team is led by Nathan Hankin, who was recognised in the 2024 Gracechurch report for 'Very technical broking skills and being an experienced negotiator'. The team's passion and enthusiasm for Cyber risk is infectious; teams from across the UK tune in weekly for a Cyber update every Friday morning. While some individuals offer advice on Cyber, this team embodies Cyber in everything they do.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Continuous Learning: A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about industry trends and advancements. Becoming Cert CII and CISMP as part of your future development.
Communication Skills: Happy to speak on the phone and meet individuals face to face.
A passion for Cyber risk or attacks would help keep the role fun and interesting.
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial. This involves understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions and provide strategic advice to clients.
