Cyber Security Engineer with PAM CyberArk expertise

Service context:

The Cyber Security Engineer may participate in the delivery of the following services:

• Security Engineering
• IT Security Administration

Main responsibilities

The Cyber Security Engineer is responsible for the installation, Maintenance, Configuration, Hardening, and general service up time for the security technology stack. The Cyber Security Engineer also assists computer users and IT administrators with the installation and configuration of new cyber defense applications and the adoption of related processes and procedures.

Key Requirements for a Cybersecurity Engineer with PAM CyberArk Expertise

1. Technical Skills

   • Strong experience with CyberArk PAM solutions (Vault, PSM, CPM, PVWA, AIM, EPM).
   • Expertise in privileged account security, access control, and identity management.
   • Proficiency in Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
   • Knowledge of network security, encryption, authentication protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, Kerberos).
   • Experience with Scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, REST APIs).

2. Security & Compliance

   • Strong understanding of IAM (Identity & Access Management) and Zero Trust architecture.
   • Experience with regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, SOX, HIPAA).
   • Ability to perform risk assessments, audits, and compliance checks.

3. DevOps & Automation (Preferred)

   • Experience integrating PAM solutions with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and cloud security.
   • Hands-on knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.

Start date: ASAP

Location of services delivery: Offsite however 1 week/month onsite at Frankfurt.
