Due to some exciting projects, KONE has a number of excellent vacancies in our Heathrow department. This particular vacancy is for a Digital Data Specialist.

To qualify for this vacancy, you will need:

1. Analyze any identified issues with digital services and determine the correct organization needed to address the issue (local, global, partner, etc.)
2. Coordinate local actions needed for troubleshooting
3. Create knowledge articles about issues and distribute them to local and global as needed
4. Act as first point of escalation for issues when new solutions are deployed in frontline
5. Proactively check that support tickets escalated from/to IT are followed and required actions done

Customer onboarding:

1. Train/coach and support relevant teams with appropriate knowledge to do the customer onboarding and training
2. If necessary, participate in customer onboardings and training sessions for complicated digital solutions and services
