Data Migration Consultant

Job Title: Data Migration Consultant
Location: Norwich
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

We're working with a fast-growing business looking to expand its data migration team. As they roll out their new platform on Microsoft's Power Platform, they need a Data Migration Consultant to lead and deliver smooth data transitions for clients across the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end data/document migrations from scoping to go-live
2. Translate business needs into technical specifications
3. Map, transform, and load data into the platform
4. Conduct testing and support clients through implementation
5. Work with project managers and internal teams to ensure timelines are met
6. Communicate clearly with clients and ensure documentation is accurate
7. Occasionally work out of hours, depending on project timelines

Skills:

1. Strong ETL experience, including SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS
2. Data migration experience, ideally in financial services or FinTech
3. Excellent Excel and general Office 365 skills
4. Strong attention to detail and communication skills
5. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics
6. Exposure to project management or coordination
