Position: Senior Consultant, Data Science
Location: Hybrid (Dublin-based, 2 days per week in-office)
Contract Type: Full-Time
Our client is a globally recognized consultancy, known for helping organizations navigate complex challenges and capitalize on key opportunities. With expertise spanning multiple industries, they are seeking a Senior Consultant to join their Data Science Expert Group. This role offers the chance to shape AI-driven strategies and deliver impactful data solutions for a diverse range of clients.
Role Overview:As a Senior Consultant in Data Science, you will drive the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions, leading projects that solve complex business problems. You'll collaborate with clients to define data strategies, oversee model development, and ensure seamless deployment. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members and contribute to the firm's thought leadership in AI and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:- Define data strategies and requirements for client projects.
- Lead AI/ML model development, evaluation, calibration, and deployment.
- Oversee analytics and AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design scalable, robust analytical models tailored to client needs.
- Foster a data-driven culture within the organization and with clients.
- Identify new AI/ML opportunities and bring innovative solutions to market.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and deliver impactful data solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, AI/ML, and consultancy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in uncertain environments.
- Proven ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading projects and working cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Git, Docker, and other relevant tools.
- Experience in deploying ML models, MLOps, and maintaining AI systems.
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects.
Prior consultancy experience is a must for this role, along with EU Citizenship or stamp 4 visa.
