Data Scientist

We have a current opportunity for a Data Scientist on a contract basis. The position will be based in Paris.

Project Context The project aims to develop a Strategic Heritage Framework (SHF) for the Action Logement group. This framework will centralize, store, and enrich heritage data to facilitate the development of Strategic Heritage Plans (SHP) and improve decision-making. The project spans 4 years.

Mission Objectives

• Centralize and enrich heritage data to facilitate the development of SHPs.
• Provide the group with a 360 heritage vision.
• Enable more precise management of interventions on the real estate portfolio.
• Reduce manual data entry efforts through automation and data integration.

Expected Activities and Services

• Development of mass data processing scripts.
• Development of industrialized API calls.
• Development of Nifi components.
• Development of APIs and data reporting solutions (Metabase or equivalent).
• Exploratory data analysis.

Required Skills Essential:

• Development: Java, Python, SQL.
• Relational databases: PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of DBT and Apache AirFlow.

Desired:

• Knowledge of message architectures like RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Grafana.
• Participation in Projects
• Data collection, cleaning, and analysis.
• Predictive modeling.
• Data visualization.
• Technological watch.
• Collaboration with internal teams.
