Our international client is seeking an experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in AI and voice automation technologies for an initial 6-month freelance contract, with a high likelihood of extension. Key Skills & Experience

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer, particularly in NLP or voice automation projects.
• Hands-on experience with voice bot platforms, especially Cognigy AI, and preferably also with Google Dialogflow, Azure Bot Services, or similar tools.
• A strong understanding of AI/ML tools and frameworks related to speech recognition, natural language understanding, and conversational automation.
• The ability to analyze conversational data and evaluate bot performance metrics to optimize user interactions.
• Experience with integrating voice bots into broader systems such as CRMs or call center platforms like Genesys.
