Data Specialist & Performance Manager- Service Now- 12+ Months

Are you an expert in analysing, extracting and presenting performance data?

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for an experienced Data specialist/Analyst/Performance manager with strong ServiceNow experience to join an exciting project at a global client.

In this role you'll help senior leadership understand process performance, report progress against targets (SLA's), and drive process optimization.

Data will be focused on Service management and vendor management

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and present performance measures to senior leadership.
* Manage goal delivery in alignment with organizational performance expectations.
* Identify opportunities for improvement using operational performance data.
* Oversee daily analysis and reporting of service metrics.
* Collaborate closely with Governance Service Owners, Service Delivery Manager, Contract Manager, and Financial Analyst with pulling and dissecting data.
* Good understanding of working and understanding of SLA's, contracts and agreements

Qualifications:
* Strong data analyst experience with a keen eye for detail
* Knowledge of statistical analysis and measurement techniques (ITIL, CMMi, Six Sigma).
* Strong proficiency with ServiceNow: Extract and Understand data and be curious of the findings
* PowerBI experience is a plus.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Experience in problem determination and root cause analysis.
* Attention to detail

Contract details:
* Start date: ASAP
* Location: Netherlands- Hybrid
* Duration: 6 months with extensions
