Role: Dealer Services Advisor x 6Location:
WFH/Tongwell 3 days in the office, 2 days from home. Please note the successful candidates will need to be office based every day whilst being trained. This is expected to be circa 2 weeks.Rate: £12.00 per hourStart date: 10th February 2025 Duration: to 2nd May 2025 initially
The reason for the roles is peak workload due to an automatically process being switched off. The plan is for this to be switched on again in May, hence the end date. If this doesn't happen, there is a chance of an extension. Please note, for the first 2 weeks the hours will be 08:30 - 17:00 and that, they will move to a rotating shift of 08:30 - 17:00 or 10:30 - 19:00.
Key responsibilitiesTo deliver an excellent service to all Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Agents and Dealers as an 'information and administration provider' providing the highest level of customer satisfaction to ensure efficient service is provided to our network. All dealer/agent queries are actioned or redirected efficiently to ensure they are fully informed and have been guided through their request to resolution.
