Decision-Tree Analyst

A boutique consulting firm is looking for an Analyst who has an understanding of decision trees and decision logic, who can offer advice on how to create a Decision Tool as a product.

The consulting firm is testing whether their idea would work as a standalone tool and is looking for advice on how to create a product that could be sold to existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO to map out questions and work through decision logic to outline the shape of a decision tree.
• Test the feasibility of decision logic and whether this would work as a tool or program.
• Advise on the potential and roadmap for creating a tool that could be sold to clients.

Requirements

• A firm understanding of how to create a decision tree and how to map out all eventualities.
• Technical or product experience, with the ability to advise on how to take a decision tree map into a workable tool.

Other Details

• Start Date: Flexible start, ideally within March.
• Duration: 2-3 days scoping. If the product is viable, there will be future work to build the product later this year.
• Day rate: Up to £600 per day.
• Location: Can be remote.
