Sainsburys Tech - Delivery Lead

As a Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of our cross-functional teams, driving the successful delivery of technical programmes and ensuring key business outcomes are achieved. What you'll do

  1. Build and manage the relationship between cross-functional teams.
  2. Evaluate progress in line with programme objectives.
  3. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed parameters of cost, time, and quality.
  4. Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams.
  5. Plan and manage significant deployments.
  6. Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  7. Conduct post-implementation reviews.
  8. Contribute to the development of our Delivery Practice.

As a Delivery Lead, you are a highly experienced and strategically-minded professional with a proven track record in delivering technical programmes within a product environment. Your expertise lies in managing cross-functional teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and continuously evaluating progress against programme objectives.
