Delivery Lead

We are looking for a delivery lead to make sure we are delivering a world-class service across our customers in our financial services practice.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of projects, celebrating successes, solving problems & leading teams.
• Deliver complex data and digital products and support our customers in improving ways of working.
• Co-create teams, shape engagements, pre-sales, pitches, and create new service offerings.
• Support communities of practice across our network.
• Understand, measure, and deliver value across our engagements (revenue, efficiencies, or proxy measures).

Requirements:

• Strong experience delivering data and digital programs of work within the financial services industry.
• Experience in pre-sales, proposals, and stakeholder management.
• Track record of creating & leading world-class teams, solving complex challenges, and driving success.
• Interest in people and building long and meaningful relationships.
• Understand business challenges and have the ability to map this back to primary values (efficiencies, revenue, risk) and proxy measures (MTTR, DORA metrics, etc).
