Minimum Requirements:
- Analytical with strong Microsoft Excel knowledge. Power BI &/or Anaplan experience is a bonus!
- Good organization skills and ability to communicate effectively as part of a team and with customers.
- Previous demand planning experience in FMCG.
- The energy and self-motivation to work within a rapidly growing business that is constantly evolving with changing priorities.

Scope of the Role:
- Generate timely and accurate demand plans for all product categories in your customer accounts on a weekly/monthly/promotional basis.
- Owner of forecast accuracy KPIs for your customer accounts. Drive root cause identification and corrective actions at SKU level. Challenge the sales forecast to drive excellent DPA.
- Assist in the development of processes to complement and challenge the wider business; maximize the robustness of the forecast given to supply planning, such as NPD project launch planning.
- Build strong relationships internally & externally, taking a collaborative approach to forecasting and other projects.
- Conduct regular reviews of customer level data (e.g. EPOS, stock holding) to help assist and challenge the sales team in their forecasting.
- Assist in developing the company S&OP process, creating new ways of working with different parts of the business, documenting all forecast assumptions, risks and opportunities, and performance tracking.
- Work with the wider supply chain team to find efficiency savings and reduce cost-to-serve.
