Dental Software Account Manager

Pearl Dental Software is a leading provider of intuitive and reliable dental practice management software. Our goal is to support dental professionals with a personal touch and software support that truly understands Dentistry.

The Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Dental Software Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage relationships with dental practices, provide training both online and in person, and offer support to existing clients. You will also create written materials for training and marketing purposes. We are looking for someone who has previous experience working in a dental practice as it will be invaluable in understanding our customers' needs and helping them get the most from our software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dental practices using our software.
• Deliver engaging and effective software training sessions both online and in person.
• Run onboarding days for new clients.
• Provide second-line support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving queries.
• Develop clear and concise training materials, guides, and FAQs.
• Assist in creating marketing content to promote our software and its features.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our products and services.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a dental practice (e.g., dental nurse, receptionist, or practice manager).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Experience delivering training or presentations (desirable but not essential).
• Good written skills for creating training and marketing content.
• Comfortable working with technology and software.
• Willingness to travel for in-person training sessions.
• This is an office based position, not suitable for remote working
