PERSON SPECIFICATION - Deputy Director of Science

1. Must have UK QTS
2. You must be able to manage a range of personalities
3. Be able to motivate, inspire & drive standards throughout
4. Strong understanding of Science curriculum
5. Outstanding expectations for yourself & fellow Science Teachers
