Deputy Head of Estates NHS

Morgan Hunt currently requires a Deputy Head of Estates for NHS based in Middlesex.

Pay Rate: £40ph to £45ph Ltd

Hours: 37.5 hrs 8am to 16:30pm Mon to Fri

Location: Middlesex

Duration: 6 months ongoing contract

1. Suitable candidates must have a full clean driving licence; a vehicle will be provided.

Job Details:

The candidate would be suitable for a highly experienced, motivated, and technically qualified individual in building services engineering. They should have a proven track record of working with engineering trades staff and contractors at various levels, along with strong interpersonal, management, and team-working skills.

The role requires specialist building services-related engineering skills, evidenced by higher-level operational estate knowledge and professional qualifications. The candidate will be required to carry out duties as a Responsible or Authorised Person in line with HTM on Building, Mechanical, and Electrical related services.

Experience working in a senior Estates maintenance operational role in NHS hard FM engineering services is essential. The candidate must be technically qualified in the field of building services engineering.
