This role supports The Hospice of St Francis in providing free care in your community.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Shop Manager in daily operations.
2. Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
3. Support the team in achieving sales targets.
4. Ensure the shop is well-stocked and organized.
5. Participate in training and development opportunities.
