Design Manager - Façade Division

This Central London based main contractor has seen excellent growth and has been awarded three new projects. They have an immediate requirement for a Design Manager to work on London façade projects.

For this Design Manager position, you will be responsible for all the façade projects within the specialist division and report to the operations director. The role will oversee a range of different types of façades, and it is essential to have detailed knowledge.

Your experience with façades will be sufficient to interrogate the design and cover all risk elements of the design. A main contracting career as a Design Manager or a specialist façade company background could both be suitable. A UK Construction qualification is also essential.

This Design Manager position offers flexibility for a hybrid working role consisting of 2-3 days working in their office in Central London and 2-3 days working from home. The package and benefits are very competitive.
