Salary/Rate: £60k - 65k per year + car and benefits

We are looking for an experienced Design Manager within the modular industry for our client in the Cheshire area.

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm (4 days in office, 1 day working from home)

Our client is looking for a Design Manager experienced in AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar to join their team in Cheshire. This is a hands-on role mentoring a fairly small team.

What will the Design Manager be doing?

• Manage project timelines and collaborate with architects, engineering and construction teams
• Review and refine designs to meet client specifications and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure design feasibility and quality

What are we looking for in the Design Manager?

• Previous Modular building design and construction experience
• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar
