Design Manager (Architect)

From feasibility to completion, they collaborate with other disciplines, delivering flexible, sustainable buildings and spaces that work best for clients and the communities they serve. Their project experience spans various sectors including rail, pharmaceutical, custodial, healthcare, defence, education and aviation.

Their Scottish team is a multi-disciplined team, made up of professionals across Architecture, Building Services, Civil & Structural Engineers, Building Information Modelers, Sustainability professionals and more.

They are excited to invest in an experienced Architect looking to take the step up into a Design Manager role.

You will work with the support of the wider team, in a multi-disciplinary environment, to achieve holistic building solutions, on small and medium-sized projects where you will be providing appropriate levels of Design Management to their major projects.

About You

• You will be an experienced Architect with a proven track record in delivering projects and managing a small team.
• Having the desire to operate as a Design Manager, rather than an Architect is essential.
• You will have experience working on projects designed and delivered with BIM.
• You will have a desire to learn and grow with the support of this team.
• Eligible to pass criteria for security clearance and airside pass applications.
• Full UK driver's license.
